1. Scope of Service
ClearNest provides cleaning services as described in the service tier you select (Standard, Deep, Move-In/Out, or Airbnb Turnover). Specific tasks included in each tier are listed on our Services page and the booking confirmation. Tasks outside the listed scope may be added at our quoted hourly rate, with your written approval before work begins.
2. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is calculated from your selected service, bedrooms, bathrooms, and approximate square footage. The on-site estimate is a range; the final invoice may be adjusted up to 15% based on actual conditions and is communicated before the visit if a material change is required. Payment is due upon completion of the visit by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. No upfront deposit is collected.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Cancellations inside 24 hours are subject to a 25% travel fee. Same-day reschedules are accommodated when possible and do not incur a fee.
4. Access to Premises
You agree to provide reliable access to the property at the scheduled time — by being present, sharing a code or smart-lock instructions, or leaving a key. If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a 50% lockout fee applies.
5. Damage and Liability
ClearNest carries general liability insurance for every visit. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please notify us within 48 hours and we will repair, replace, or reimburse the item subject to reasonable verification. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items not disclosed (e.g. hidden fragile valuables).
6. Pets and Children
ClearNest is family- and pet-friendly. Please disclose any pets, allergies, or product sensitivities during booking. We use low-VOC formulas by default; an eco/fragrance-free upgrade is available at no charge on request.
7. Photography and Quality Records
We may take limited room photos for internal quality assurance and to send you progress updates if requested. We never publish recognizable images of your home without your written consent.
8. Privacy
Information you share with ClearNest (name, contact info, address, payment method) is used solely to provide and improve service, send required notices, and process payment. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
9. Acceptance
By signing below, you confirm you are authorized to engage ClearNest at the property listed, accept the scope and pricing above, and agree to receive booking, reminder, and invoice notifications by email and SMS at the contact details you provide.
